We are 5 minutes from the entrance to Jasper National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wildlife and wildflowers are plentiful, watch for deer right out your window, feed the chick-a-dees, woodpeckers, and hummingbirds. Close to hiking trails, the hottest Hot-Springs in the Rockies, first class golfing at Jasper Park Lodge Golf Course, named the best in Canada. Canoeing, fishing is great in the many mountain lakes, go white-water rafting or hike in the valley or up to the peaks. In the winter, cross-country ski right out the backdoor or drive up to Marmot Basin, about 1 hour away.

Jasper is a scenic 40 minute drive on Highway 16, with plenty of wildlife and great views of lakes, rivers, and mountain peaks.
Hinton with shopping and the Nordic Centre is 15 minutes away.
